Genuine SHIMANO Felt Washers

These are genuine Shimano felt washers from my personal stash, purchased directly from Shimano or Hedgehog studio, Japan. I recommend these mainly for replacing the carbon disks in Chinese reels, which all come with carbon disks today.

Measure your goddam washer before ordering! I don't have part numbers and I can't guarantee model fit. I guarantee the SIZE of the washer you will purchase!

    - 5 x 21 mm : 2025 Nasci FD, 2022 Sahara/Sedona FJ, 2022 Miravel

    - 8 x 21 mm : 2020 Vanford (F), 2024 Ultegra (FD), 2025 Nasci (FD), 2021 Soare XR/Complex XR

  - 11 x 21 mm : 2024 Vanford (A), 2022 Stella FK, 2018 Stella FJ, 2025 Soare XR/ Complex XR

I strongly recommend putting the i_fish Anti-Surge grease on the felt, if you want the slow clicks! There is really nothing similar on the market! As a matter of fact, if you don't want to replace the carbon, the Anti-Surge grease applied on the carbon disk alone can slow down the surging so much that you find it acceptable and dont need the felt!
