2020 SHIMANO VANQUISH 2500S (Collectible)

This is the previous generation of Vanquish, with the black spool. In 2023 the Vanquish got a silver spool and then with Vanquish CE they brought back the black spool.

This reel is absolutely perfect mechanically and aesthetically. It has been fished more than the other collectible reels, and I just opened it and regreased it and it feels like Heaven! I am telling you it feels like heaven, you can buy 10 new Vanquish and there is no guarantee one of them will be as perfect as this.

Comes with 3lb YGK Polyester line. Casts super far and super silently, like a ninja. 

That said, i recommend this reel is kept as a collectible. It would be said to be used for bass fishing in my opinion, where you will ruing the perfect feel in one season. Use it as a collector's piece, and when u fish it, fish something gentle.
