Products can be sent back for full refund within 30 days from the day you received them. I cannot offer free return labels, but I will refund your shipping cost on the actual order. For example: if you paid $25 for products and $4 for shipping, I will send you refund for the full amount of $29, but you have to ship the items to me at your expense. PLEASE email me first, and we will try to find a solution that does not require shipping the product back.
